- Our push-pull local ventilation system compared to the conventional local exhaust ventilation system
In our push-pull local ventilation system a push hood blows a uniformed laminar air flow having the same vector in the air to capture and exhaust hazardous substances which are generated in the workplace through a pull-hood to the outside.
Comparatively speaking, the push-pull local ventilation system can capture contaminants in a wider range and use less airflow than the local exhaust ventilation system that removes contaminants only by drawing the contaminated air.
In addition, ventilation is made possible without having a workspace surrounded by fences, which can make an effective use of the space and offer a sense of openness to workers for their increased workability.
The structure and performance requirements of open type push-pull local ventilation system are defined in various regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of Japan.

According to the direction of air flow, there are three types as follows:
